For the past month I’ve been the proud owner of a Nexus S 4G from Sprint (a.k.a. Sexus S because you gotta admit…the phone is pretty dang sexy) and have experienced average battery life during day to day usual. I’ve read some people comment that they’ve been getting upwards of 16+ hours on their device, which I’m still skeptical about. However, they could be using an app like Juice Defender in order to conserve battery life and get them through the day. Rather than going with an app I opted to purchase a pair of spare batteries and charger for $9.99.
With that said, I hadn’t experienced any battery life like that up until yesterday. I’m not sure if it was due to me being on wifi all day or not but I was able to over 24 hours on one charge. Peep the screen shot for proof.
What about ya’ll out there? What kind of battery life are you getting out of your Android devices? I’m very curious to know. Feel free to mention what settings you’re using and if you’re using any battery saving apps.
